It may be getting a bit late now, but Belanger Books are looking for submissions (due Feb 15) for an anthology of stories inspired by HG Wells:
Possibly some of the furry writers here have some ideas which could become a continuation of Wells’ The Island of Doctor Moreau.
A Murder of Crows
A Murder of Crows—cozy to cozy-noir crime stories, set in any time, from dinosaurs to the present, using the collective names of groups of animals which includes mammals, reptiles, fish, birds, and insects. If your imagination goes beyond the scope of known collective names, you may create your own. Earth animals/birds only, none from outer space or invented animals. You can put your animals in jeopardy but animal cruelty or killing an animal is an automatic rejection. Choosing an animal/bird that is a little different may give you an edge on being chosen. We don’t want multiple stories using the same species! Your animals should be an integral part of the crime, not just a mention as part of the story.
Submission Period: December 17th – April 30, 2019
FurReality in Cincinnati is putting together an anthology. The topic is Lost In Time, whatever that means to you. Be creative. Here are the details and the signup form.
I don’t think this has been mentioned yet: the next issue of Werewolves Versus will be Werewolves Versus: The Circus. Submissions close on May 15th.
Prose and poetry entries are welcome, but please be aware that the emphasis for this issue is artwork.
Rick Griffin (of HousePets! fame) is looking for furry stories and artwork to put in a new anthology.

[b]Call for Submissions: Cats. And Bikes. In Space.[/b]The theme of the eighth annual Bikes in Spaces, the galaxy’s only series of feminist bicycle science fiction anthologies, is in the works! This volume’s theme is… cats.
House cats. Ship cats. Lions. Strays. Anthropomorphic talking cats. Feline deities. Familiars. Wherever your imagination takes you, we’d love to read your story.
Please send us your short stories that feature both cats and bicycles or bicycling in a way that is essential to the story; be fundamentally feminist, even if they aren’t explicitly addressing feminism as a topic; and fall somewhere in the science fiction and fantasy spectrum (sorry, no fanfic, but all other fantastical and speculative genres are welcome). Black and white illustrations are also sought.
We especially love to publish work by writers and artists who don’t see themselves well-represented in mainstream books.
Word count: 500 – 6,000 words, but don’t sweat the exact count too much—make your story the length it needs to be.
Format: Google doc or Word preferred; a PDF or text document are also fine. If submitting an illustration, please get in touch about format and dimensions before you start work on it.
Payment: A portion of profits after expenses from the Kickstarter project used to fund the book is split between contributors; payments are not less than $30 each.

Fur Reality 2019 Anthology
Arf, I just found out about this. The con, Fur Reality, does an anthology every year which is free to attendees. Here is their submission call for this year: http://www.furreality.org/anthology-2019/
It’s close to the deadline, but they’re getting less submissions than prior year.
Lost in Time Anthology
This year’s anthology is “Lost in Time”. Stories submitted should try to fit within the theme in some way. Various forms of time travel are the most obvious, but if you have something else that fits in with the theme, feel free to submit it! All stories must have anthropomorphic animal characters involved. Humans are great, but we want to see some furries!
Here’s a quick breakdown of the details and rules for submission.
Length: Between 8000-12000 words
Story Rating: G to PG13
Format: .doc, .docx or .ods file types only. Please use Courier font, 12pt size. (use of Standard Manuscript format is preferred: https://www.shunn.net/format/story.html)
Multiple Submissions: Yes, within reason. Please do not submit more than 3 stories at once.
Reprints: We may accept work that has been previously printed if it meets the theme, however we do put priority on new stories that haven’t been in front of our audience before.
Simultaneous Submissions: No. If you’ve submitted a story to us, we prefer you to hold off on submitting or publishing it elsewhere until you’ve received word from us on the status.
Other restrictions: Please use only characters, species and settings you own or that are public domain. Any submission with copyrighted characters will be rejected automatically.
Deadline: June 15th, 2019
Release Date: Oct 23rd, 2019 (Fur Reality 2019)
Payment: 1/2 cent per word, plus one contributor copy.

The focus for all of them is on identity. There are three science fiction anthologies, one specifically furry anthology based on gender, one micro/flash fiction anthology, and one focused on asexuality.
Triangulation: Extinction

While we appreciate and value creative freedom, please note that this issue of Triangulation has a strict theme. We don’t want to read a hundred stories about dinosaurs and asteroids; we want gritty commentaries and hopeful ruminations. Last year’s issue, Dark Skies , wrestled with light pollution, and similarly, this issue addresses an equally as challenging—and real—topic. Let’s do it justice.

Word Count: We consider fiction up to 5,000 words, but the sweet spot is 3,000. There is no minimum word count. Stories over 5000 words will be rejected unread.
