The Wayward Astronomer - A Dreamkeepers Novel

Hello everyone! My name is Geoff and I’m an author just beginning my career, so to speak.

I don’t know if anyone here is a fan of the Dreamkeepers graphic novels (www.dreamkeeperscomic.com) but David Lillie and I are running a Kickstarter campaign to fund the publishing of I novel I wrote that is set in that universe called “The Wayward Astronomer”

Artwork by David Lillie

This is an officially licensed work set in the Dreamkeepers universe, and will be released for full retail distribution later this year! The campaign is already funded beyond the initial goal, but there are lots of stretch goals that mean more fun swag for backers, and if we’re lucky, enough funds to make this a fully illustrated novel! If any of this seems interesting to you, please check out the Kickstarter campaign here for the chance to get in on the ground floor with extra goodies before it hits shelves:

If anyone is interested in reading through the unedited, raw 1st draft, all the chapters are posted on my deviantart account (http://kafelnikov.deviantart.com). I welcome any feedback people have, positive or negative. The final book will be produced using my 2nd draft after it has gone through a round or two of 3rd party professional editing.

Thanks for your time everyone! I’m happy to answer any and all questions you have.

I’ve asked David Lillie if he would send me a review copy of “The Wayward Astronomer” when it’s published. I’ve reviewed his three “DreamKeepers” books, which I enjoyed very much. I’m looking forward to seeing what a text novel set in the Dreamworld is like.

@Fred Patten

Hi Fred, I’ll be the best person to send you a review copy, so send me an email at corvspublishing@gmail.com with your mailing address and when the time comes later this year I’ll make sure you get your hands on one.

Also, have you taken a look at Dreamkeepers Volume 4 yet? It was released late last year, and in my opinion is one of the best of the lot so far.

Dear Geoff;

My e-mail to that address requesting a review copy was automatically returned to me with a note that that address does not exist. Would you make sure that it is correct?

Yep, typo.

Left out the “u” in Corvus by accident.

Congrats on the Ursa Majors win! THE WAYWARD ASTRONOMER takes 2017’s “Best Novel” prize.
