Some poetry for your Halloween

Halloween is near and I hope you are reading something, preferably poetry, that will scare you. On the Poets.org website, here are some poems to consider https://www.poets.org/poetsorg/halloween-poems

I also put several of my favorites on my Dreamwidth journal, accessible for your reading displeasure:

Ray Bradury’s “Groon” https://shining-river.dreamwidth.org/44238.html and two from Mark Strand:

“Sleeping with One Eye Open” and “Ghost Ship” https://shining-river.dreamwidth.org/44331.html

Loved the Ray Bradbury one! I didn’t even know he wrote poetry (although I should have been able to figure it out from his prose style).
