This year we are producing our own custom themed programing guide containing all you need to know about the convention and the hotel. Our conbooks are available both digitally, as well as in physical form for those who wish to purchase one. These are works of art that keep you informed during your time in Furlandia and serve as souvenirs long after the con has ended.
We would like to use our conbook to showcase some of the very best in original artwork and stories created for and by the attendees of Furlandia. We look forward each year to submissions from people like you to help make this yearās conbook special and unique.
To ensure your creations look good in print, weāve come up with some basic requirements listed below that your submissions will need to meet. Please make sure you understand these requirements before you send your submissions as we may not be able to include artwork or written material which does not meet the requirements below.
Please also note that while we will try to publish as many submissions as possible in this yearās conbook, final selection for inclusion in the conbook will be at the discretion of the event leadership team. Submissions of a high enough quality that fail to make it into the conbook may, at the events discretion, be shared on our website and on social media sites attached to Furlandia.

Story Word Limit:
- Long story limit: 3,000 words
- Medium story limit: 2,000 words
- Short story limit: 1,000 words
Poem Word Limit:
8 inches horizontally, 10 inches vertically on page (for poems that are specially formatted with indents, centered, etc)
Text File Requirements:
- Formats: .docx, .doc, .rtf
- Word Count: approx. 3000 words

Furlandia adheres to all local, national, and international copyright laws. By submitting an article, image, etc. you are granting permission for its use in our conbook and on our website and social media. Contributing authors and artists retain all copyrights to their individual works.
